Airfreight Express Sales Specialist

- Make a plan to develop customers, revenue and report the status of implementation periodically.

- Make a list and approach potential customers to introduce VietAviation Cargo services.

- Consulting import and export service packages, shipping & forwarding solutions, quotation, negotiation, signing service contracts with customers.

- Continue to take care of after-sales, coordinate with other departments of the company to solve customer questions, complaints, and suggestions if any.

- Understanding market demand for aifreight express services.

- Update new regulations on import and export, tax, customs clearance...

- Bachelor degree in economics, international business or related majors.

- At least 2 years experience in airfreight logistics sales

- Have good communication, work organization and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication in English (Chinese is an advantage)

- Understanding of import and export operations and international trade.

- Able to work under high pressure and good teamwork.

- Smart and sensitive in behavior.

- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers.

- Salary: gross basic salary from 11 million to 20 million per month
