About the Role

This position is designed for a competitive candidate with the potential to grow into a team leader within two years of onboarding. Career progression is transparent and performance-driven, giving you a clear path to advancement based on your effort and impact.

Scope of work:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications to discuss project progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, leveraging market insights and industry best practices.

Account Management and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and research, to develop integrated marketing plans and campaign strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.

New Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue organic growth.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials.
  • Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's capabilities and expertise.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of efforts.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering a high-performance environment.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Experience in similar role or as an Account Executive, Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
  • Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Good communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Advanced G suit and office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
