Develop and manage content strategies across multiple digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
Align all content activities with brand strategy and marketing objectives, ensuring high-quality and consistent execution.
Create and edit various content formats including short videos, social posts, blogs, email marketing, and landing pages.
Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and propose data-driven optimization plans.
Work closely with Media, Design, and Account teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
Generate creative ideas and new content formats to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Support content direction or mentorship for junior team members (if any).

At least 3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing (preferably in FMCG, eCommerce, beauty, or agency environments).
Strong understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, or similar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
Good communication in English (Thai is a plus)
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive income: 15–20 million VND/month (depending on qualifications and experience).
