Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Develop and manage content strategies across multiple digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
- Align all content activities with brand strategy and marketing objectives, ensuring high-quality and consistent execution.
- Create and edit various content formats including short videos, social posts, blogs, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and propose data-driven optimization plans.
- Work closely with Media, Design, and Account teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
- Generate creative ideas and new content formats to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Support content direction or mentorship for junior team members (if any).
Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing (preferably in FMCG, eCommerce, beauty, or agency environments).
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
- Good communication in English (Thai is a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
