Welding Qa / Qs Engineer

Check that all the contractors' certificates are in order and up to date.
Inspect all legal dossiers that they comply with the design consultants' design and specifications.
Inspections of all works.
Attend all testing required at the test laboratories.
Review and authorize all ITPs.
Inspect loading for shipment to site.
Review of shop drawings & Fabrication drawings.
Ensure that all works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and Local & International standards & codes.
Develop, implement, and maintain welding quality assurance and quality control programs.
Conduct welding inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address welding-related issues and improve processes.
Prepare and present detailed reports on welding quality and performance.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
Provide training and guidance to welding personnel on quality standards and techniques.
Stay current with industry trends, standards, and certifications related to welding.
