Warehouse Supervisor Pharmaceutical Vsip 1

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, warehousing,

distribution, and maintenance operations.

· Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.

· Responsible for warehouse setup and layout and for ensuring efficient space utilization, 5S standard.

· Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

· Maintain records, documents necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

( IN/OUT status report, slow moving report)

· Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and

practices.

· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

· Upgrading and maintaining the safety standard of health and safety, hygiene, and security

· Managing Warehouse’s quality tasks: Risk assessment/ NC/ CAPA/ Change control and other Quality

IT system tasks.

· Deliver Integrated Operation Model for Warehouse team to align with EPD & Global program.

· Leading department project to ensure right timeline and effectiveness.

· Trouble shooting issue related to SAP system to ensure data accuracy.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

· Ensure collaboration on department projects.

· Lead and motivate a team of warehouse’s employees to work in strict according with the established

process, meeting a schedule and compliance requirements.

· Lead the establishment of performance metrics for subordinates.

· Upgrading the management system in warehouse department for suitable with the Integrated

Operational Management standard.

· Maximize and balance warehouse’s resource to deliver department’s objectives.

· Manage department’s budget to ensure warehouse operation.

· Proactive giving solution to address issue related to warehouse’s operation.

· Identify problem, gap versus standards, and propose correct action.

· Knowledge about the warehouse management and SAP system.

· Cooperate with other function to build an effectiveness and sustainable operation model.

· Handle Internal, Abbott Global and Agency inspection process.

· Be a representative of safety and quality network of the site

Work Experience:

· At least 5 years' experience in management of work force and knowledge about warehouse activities.

Core Skill Requirement:

· Communication in English, leading and storytelling.

· Knowledge about Validation preferred (WH mapping, transport, and Computerized system validation)

· Knowledge about GxP (EU-GMP, PICs, WHO-GMP, GSP, GDP…)

· Understand about ERP software, deep knowledge about goods management in warehouse.
