Conceptualize , plan , and execute visual content production for BOO's marketing campaigns , social media platforms , website , and other channels .Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ensure visual consistency across all brand assets.Produce high - quality photoshoots and videos , including mood boards , shot lists , location scouting , styling , and directing talent .Edit and retouch visual content to ensure it meets BOO's standards for quality and aesthetic appealStay informed about current trends and techniques in visual production and incorporate innovative ideas into BOO's content strategy .Manage the logistics of photoshoots and video productions , including scheduling , budgeting , and coordinating with external vendors and partners .Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for promotional materials , advertisements , and events .Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content across various channels , and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Other tasks when being assigned
