Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow your career in ERP systems and IT consulting? Join our team as a Technical Consultant, where you’ll work on exciting projects, help clients optimize their business processes, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment!

Responsibilities

- Work with clients to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored ERP and IT solutions

- Conduct solution demonstrations to showcase ERP capabilities and their value to clients

- Configure and install ERP systems and related infrastructure to meet client needs

- Perform data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards

- Design and implement API integrations for seamless data flow between systems

- Customize ERP forms, reports, and dashboards based on specific business requirements

- Deliver optimized solutions by ensuring system performance, scalability, and security

- Provide post-delivery support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, system configuration, or IT consulting

- Experience with ERP systems and IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms like AWS and on-premise systems

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or C#) for customizations and integrations

- Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and API integration concepts

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage
