We are a growing IT company and are looking for recruits who can build a foundation for increasing our IT engineering staff.

＜Job Details＞

• Develop recruitment plans and hiring strategies: Create hiring plans based on business needs, including defining job requirements, timelines, and sourcing channels.

• Prepare job descriptions and promote vacancies through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews: Review CVs, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage the recruitment process and support selection: Coordinate with interviewers, compile evaluations, follow up with candidates, and lead the offer process.

• Analyze recruitment data and propose improvements: Track KPIs (applications, pass rates, cost per hire, etc.) and implement initiatives to improve hiring efficiency.

• Other tasks as assigned by the boss.
