we are a growing it company and are looking for recruits who can build a foundation for increasing our it engineering staff.

- develop recruitment plans and hiring strategies: create hiring plans based on business needs, including defining job requirements, timelines, and sourcing channels.
- prepare job deions and promote vacancies through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- screen candidates and coordinate interviews: review cvs, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- manage the recruitment process and support selection: coordinate with interviewers, compile evaluations, follow up with candidates, and lead the offer process.
- analyze recruitment data and propose improvements: track kpis (applications, pass rates, cost per hire, etc.) and implement initiatives to improve hiring efficiency.

■Salary : 25,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND gross / month
