Mô tả công việc

Test assignment according to the package/testing requirement for the submitted sample.
Distribute the samples to the laboratory team for breakdown sampling.
Coordinate with the Customer Service team and laboratory team for sample requirements or any information needed.
Contact the client if there is any information about the Test Request Form (TRF), sample size, test method, or test items that need clarification.
Ensure that all mandatory information is available in the Test Request Form.
Ensure that priority is given to first samples and urgent service samples.
Perform any other work assigned from time to time.

YÊU CẦU
Knowledge of testing for consumer products.
English communication at a B level or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of work experience in a Third Party Lab in a similar position is an advantage.
A results- and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
