Recruitment
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidates’ selection criteria.
• Fully committed to the hiring target of the entire team Tech (PO, BA, Data, Dev, System), Non-tech (Marketing, Merchant, Sales, Finance, etc ...)
• Manage the entire cycle of recruitment process, from initial stage to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the hiring process.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate recruiting channels’ performance to apply into the sourcing strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Updated information about the market situation, recruitment, and recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment.
Onboarding Program
• Organize and deliver induction programs to new employees.
• Ensure candidate’s & new joiners’ experience throughout the Company’s selection process and Onboarding process
Employer Branding
• Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Coordinate with internal team for employee engagement activities.
• Passionate about recruitment and enjoys working with people.
• 5++ years of experience in a similar role with a good background in Recruitment, preferably in general recruitment.
• Possesses strong skills in interviewing and analyzing candidates, especially for high-level and sales positions.
• Eager to learn and not afraid to take on new challenges or try new things.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques for general recruitment sources.
• Have a positive, proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
• Interpersonal & communication skills.
• Self-motivated, careful and logical thinking.
• Enjoy outside activities with teams to catch up with what is going on.
• Working time from Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 18:00 pm).
