- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.
- Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.
- Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, specializing in IT recruitment.
- Upper-intermediate Emglish
- Proven experience in digital employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Expertise in managing and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital tools for employer branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis
