Mô tả công việc

Working within the team to identify risks and create tests to mitigate
Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports.
Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports.
Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.
Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed.
Ensure a positive end user experience for supported applications.
Mentor and train junior QC staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and promote best practices
Communicate quality control results and findings to management and other stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a senior or lead role
Hands-on experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Familiar with Agile/Scrum model and regression testing
Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors
Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
