Senior Qa Dye/Wash

Monitor overall quality assurance function (product and process) end to end process
Approve qualtiy standard based on customer's requirement and UA's standard

DUTIES & TASKES:

• Join ICM meeting and make clear matters relating quality
• Participate in risk assessment activities
• Conduct product quality audit at all sections: sample room/dye/ wash/ final inspection
• Monitor sample quality inspection and provide solution to improve quality
• Review and accept level for printing issues base on UA manual and customer requirement
• Make decision to approve/ reject based on quality standard for end to end sections
• Make decision for commercial pass based on UA manual and customer requirement
• Evaluate CFA skills
• Conduct quality standard training for internal team and external team
• Conduct training to enhance CFA team knowledge
• Observe quality process functioned at all sections: sample room/ Printing/ embroidery/ dye/ wash/ sewing line/ final inspection
• Escalate critical issue relating to quality which impact factory performance
• Conduct meeting with relavant departments to cascade quality process concern

• Education: University degree, bachelor degree of Textile Technical or equivalent dye/wash
• Experiences 3-5 years of same level in garment field or manufacturing industry
• Textile/ garment testing experience is a plus
• Analysis and statistic skills.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Proactive and open-minded
• Strong in making decision.
