We are seeking for 01 Sr. Talent Acquisition in HCM to help strengthen our recruitment team for our business growth plan. The candidate will take the lead of the recruitment team with the following responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment process from the starting to closing as well as talent operation documents.
- Generate and maintain candidates' databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly.
- Proactive contact and build a good relationship with highly sought candidates.
- Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs.
2. On-boarding:
- In-charge of preparing & welcoming new-hire onboard and relevant new-hire's document.
3. Employer branding:
- Promote company brand to attract the candidates through the social network, job-seeking portal, and other channels to meet hiring demand.
4. Ad-hoc report and other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer’s requirements and statutory compliances
- Responsible for managing and implementing of quality management policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to ensure competitive quality performance.
