    Mô tả công việc

    Job Objective:

    • Develop and implement a Wholesale & Retail Distribution Channel strategy for the region to optimize sales and profits for the company.
    • Effectively build and manage a network of wholesalers and retailers to ensure the distribution of the company's products to the right target customers.
    • Analyze sales data and channel performance, propose improvement measures to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Lead and develop a team of channel managers, enhance the team's capability and work efficiency.
    • Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy, contribute to the development of new products and services.
    • Monitor, manage, and effectively handle debt, orders, and inventory.
    • Report channel distribution performance to BOD

    Scope of Work:

    • Develop and implement a detailed business plan for the Wholesale & Retail Distribution Channel, including sales targets, pricing strategies, promotion programs, etc.
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify channel development opportunities.
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of the channel management team.
    • Build and maintain close partnerships with wholesalers and retailers, resolve arising issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data by channel, product, region, etc., report business results periodically to management.
    • Propose improvement measures to optimize channel performance, including expanding the distribution network, developing new products and services, etc.
    • Participate in market development, brand promotion, and new product introduction activities.
    • Stay updated on market knowledge, consumer trends, and regulations related to distribution activities.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least from 05 years of experience in Wholesale & Retail Distribution Channel management.
    • Expertise in the Wholesale & Retail market, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
    • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data analysis tools to evaluate channel performance.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with wholesalers and retailers.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of employees.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively, with a high sense of responsibility.
    • Proficient in English
