Build and maintain strong client relationships with both external ad internal side.
Act as the lead trusted point of contact for all client account management matters. We want to believe you are always there with us in time.
Translate client briefs to the fullest of understanding and work closely with internal team to produce the best outputs. Also, to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client request and objectives
Negotiate contracts and close agreement on maximize profits
Prepare reports on account status
Assist line manager in developing new business with existing client or identify areas to improve the sale quotas

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven work experience in agency in relevant roles
Be proactive and get-thing-done-with-responsibility attitude
A person focused on enthusiastic, energetic and detail orientation team member
At least 2 years experience in the similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours
