* Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Customer Engagement:
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
* Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of building materials and assist customers with product selection.
* Team Training and Development:
- Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
* Customer Service Excellence:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure prompt resolution.
* Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to overall store reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (preferred)..
* Experience:
- 3-5 years proven experience in a sales leadership role within a retail environment, preferably in building materials.
* Product Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of building materials, construction supplies, and related products.
* Sales Skills:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
* Customer Focus:
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
* Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
