Sale Operation
Manage customer data in system
Prepare quotations, sale contract, customer insurance, credit limit, proposal, payment, create customer code
Input the sale orders into SAP
Mange inventory to catch up the delivery schedule
Work with Production Department to make the production planning Check delivery schedule with Logistic Team
Solving all problems related to customer service
Handle sale report (daily/weekly/monthly)
Be in charge of customer's discount monthly
Follow up the payment of customers
Caculate incentive for saleman as company policy
ISO support
Updating Sale KPI by team and channel each quarter
Sumarize the survey and report data for auditing
Assist to Line manager other tasks
Manage customer data in system

A Bachelor, College degree equivalent
At least 1 - 3 year of working experience with similar position in MT Channel
Good in Excel, have knowledge SAP system or similar system.
Hardworking, Handle multi tasks skills.
