Sales Officer

1. Develop Retail Stores:

• Identify and establish retail stores within 4 and 5-star hotels across Vietnam.
• Implement strategic plans to expand our retail presence in these high-end locations.

2. Maintain Relationships with Hotel Leaders:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and negotiate partnerships to ensure prominent placement of our products in existing or new hotel stores.

3. Daily Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely inventory reports.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

4. Feedback and Product Development:

• Collect and analyze feedback from hotel partners regarding product performance and sales trends.
• Provide insights on best-selling products and areas for improvement to the product development team.
• Work closely with the product development team to align new product offerings with market needs and hotel partner requirements.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior hotel leaders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to analyze feedback and translate it into actionable product development insights.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
