Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage and oversee Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance activities in coordination with team members.
  • Provide consultation and support to clients, while negotiating with vendors when necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develop business plans and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Team in monitoring sales performance, managing new projects, and achieving business targets.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the Operations Department in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor team performance, evaluate employee productivity, and design training programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Initiate and develop new services and business tools to improve market competitiveness.
  • Prepare market analysis reports and propose solutions to attract new clients and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male or female, 35–45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics sales at a Japanese or FDI logistics/forwarding company
