Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market development.
Manage and develop the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to products/services.
Monitor and report sales results, and provide suggestions for improvement to optimize the sales process.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication with fluent English and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Understanding of sales strategies and experience in developing effective business plans.
Skills in analyzing and reporting sales data to make accurate decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively under high pressure.
