Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Prepare reports and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

University graduation major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economics, and or related field.
Proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of global logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and good personal appearance.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Sale Force).
Good command of English.
