Dream Job Alert! Become a Freight Forwarding Sales Manager (ID21162) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2600/month:

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned profit targets for FCL services in the Southern region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct customers, including manufacturing and trading companies.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with VIP and strategic accounts.
Conduct client meetings, sales visits, negotiations, and service presentations to potential and existing customers.
Develop practical sales strategies and market expansion plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to propose effective business solutions.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Update and manage customer information, sales pipelines, and market intelligence through CRM systems.
Support recruitment, coaching, and development of additional sales team members when necessary.
Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Perform other duties assigned by Branch Management and the Board of Management.

Male/Female, under 40 years old
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FCL sales management within freight forwarding, shipping lines, or logistics companies.
Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, especially FCL import/export operations.
Proven track record in developing direct corporate customers and achieving sales targets.
Extensive industry network within logistics, shipping, and supply chain sectors.
Candidates from companies such as shipping lines or global logistics providers are highly preferred.
