Responsible for achieving personal sales revenue and profit targets.
Manage prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations, and timely follow-up actions.
Implement, monitor, and manage campaigns for customers.
Develop digital media plans (primarily media) for clients.
Proactively collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns based on client objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
Generate campaign reports.
Collaborate with Lava's partners to explore new products and markets.
Perform tasks assigned by direct management.

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (preferably in the digital media field).
University degree.
Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail and effective task management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with digital media are advantageous.
