    Mô tả công việc

    • Search for, consult, and introduce the Company's Logistics services to customers such as: Air freight, sea freight (LCL&FCL), warehouse services, customs declaration, domestic transportation, etc.
    • Advise on related solutions for transportation services, respond to customer requirements.
    • Prepare quotations, monitor and handle shipments, negotiate terms, and draft contracts according to agreed-upon terms with customers.
    • Responsible for debt collection, resolving issues after shipment. Coordinate with operational departments to address customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Maintain good customer relationships.
    • Update market trends in logistics for market development and expansion.
    • Report work to management and perform other assigned tasks.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • No prior experience required, but Freight/Logistics experience is a plus!
    • Graduated in Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, or International Trade.
    • Proficient in professional English or Chinese (Chinese skills preferred).
    • Skilled in Word/Excel.
    • Flexible, excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
