Sales Assistant

To expand our business, we are looking for a qualified candidate with following details:

• Support sales team of company and also related teams like staffs in overseas and also staff in accounting section in Kanematsu Vietnam by taking care of contracts, checking and opening L/Cs, shipping documents, cargo delivery, and payments especially after contract till money collection;
• Maintains good relationship with both of clients as shipper and buyer by providing shipping advices, guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Improve productivity of job workload for all sales by installing IT system and/or same format for every team to control contracts/shipment/payment status etc ...
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
• Perform other relevant tasks time to time assigned by the General Director

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Age around 25 years old
• Male or Female
• College/University degree
• At least 1 year-experience of Import and/or Export documents (Logistics/Trading/Manufacturing company)
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Good communications & negotiations.
• Logical thinking.
• Good ability in reporting and explaining.
• Intention to work for long time (many years).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• CV should be English with face picture.
• If you have any achievement of excellent results in sports, art, music, volunteer etc, please share in detail with certificate or evidence of result.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• 2-3 rounds interview

PROBATION PERIOD

• 60 days
