Mô tả công việc

Process, answer and confirm all requests for room reservations made by / for clients over the phone, personally, by letter or by email.
Promotes and maintains good public relation with travel agencies, corporate accounts and airline offices.
Maintain a complete up-to-date reservations in the hotel system.
Accountable for customer satisfaction of bookers or guests throughout the reservation process.
Develop and maintains smooth communication with all the sales team and with other departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduating from college or higher
Minimum of two years in similar capacity
Remarkable experience in front office and reservations
Sound knowledge of general hotel practices, billing and credit card procedures
Proficient with Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and multi-line phone systems
Ability to maintain reservation system
Proven ability to communicate verbally and to follow written and verbal instruction
Ability to be uncomplaining when handling more than one call at a time
Friendly, enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure
