Recruitment Staff

• Make a recruitment plan based on actual proposals. Information on candidate quality plans, recruitment methods, recruitment costs...
• Confirm with departments that have recruitment requirements via text/email
• Submit the recruitment plan to the management board/director for review, adjustment and approval.

2. IMPLEMENT RECRUITMENT PLAN

• Choose a recruitment channel and post job ads
• Receive and screen candidate applications
• Contact qualified candidates to inform interview plans (time, location, interviewer...)
• Contact manager to confirm interview schedule; organize interviews.
• Negotiate and discuss compensation and working conditions with successful candidates

• Good English communication
• Positive working energy
• Graduated from college/university or higher, majoring in human resource management or related fields.
• Have experience in mass recruitment. Especially candidates who have worked at headhunt companies or services specializing in human resources supply.
• Female under 1994 is refered
• Having knowledge of psychology is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in groups
• Office information technology skills.
• Analytical skills and evaluation of candidate capabilities
• Being agile and skillful in communication helps expand networking. From there, we create a potential recruitment source for the company.

• Salary: Negotiable (8M - 9.5M)
