    Mô tả công việc

    • Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for software development.
    • Oversee the entire software testing life cycle to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Lead and mentor the QC team, providing guidance and support.
    • Coordinate with the developer team to identify and resolve quality issues
    • Analyze quality data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure all products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and monitor product quality, bug status

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Good English skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
    • Have 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role (QC Team Lead or Test Team Lead) of a team (managing 5-8 members)
    • Plan, create test cases, conduct testing, report, and ensure product quality
    • Have knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
