Mô tả công việc

Lead and mentor a team of QC engineers, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Define and maintain quality standards and processes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools.

2. Test Planning and Execution:

Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Execute manual and automated tests for mobile apps (Android and iOS), web platforms, and backend APIs.
Perform thorough testing of system integrations and data flows.
Utilize tools like Postman and JMeter for API and performance testing.
Accurately document and report test results, clearly identifying and tracking defects.

3. Technical Expertise and Collaboration:

Provide technical guidance and support to the QC team.
Work closely with developers to understand system architecture and identify potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize your understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and database scripting to verify data integrity.

At least 5 years of proven experience in software testing, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation tools.
Hands-on experience in various testing types, including API testing, end-to-end testing, and mobile app testing.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and database scripting.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
