Location: KIZUNA 3 Expansion Factory Area, K1 Area, Tan Kim Expansion IP, Can Giuoc Town, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, Vietnam
Having bus to take staff from these districts: Tan Binh, 5, 10, 4, 7, Binh Chanh (Nguyen Van Linh)
Working time: Monday - Friday & 1 01 Saturday per month: 8am - 5pm

Responsible for NPI project management for the factory.
Responsible for communication between Xiamen and Vietnam to capture requests from customers and organize sample making at the Vietnam factory.
Check equipment, materials, and documents related to new products.
Coordinate with the Xiamen PM department to set a new model completion date according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments, monitor and promote sample progress to meet delivery schedule.
Provide technical guidance to production technicians and operators.

Graduated from university or higher.
At least 2-4 years of experience.
FLUENT IN CHINESEand English basic communication.
Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel.
NPI (New Product Introduction) project management.
Can use office software (SAP or similar systems) and read technical drawings (basic)
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
