Purpose:
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout product lifecycle including sourcing & testing, defining product vision and work closely with sales, trade marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Role and Responsibilities:
A. Product stock
Searching product, initiate sourcing and prepare base price for product selling
Review inventory levels and ensure product availability
Test new products and responsible for product guidelines
B. Product USP
Define key selling points that sets products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
Plan and participate in the launch of products which involve several different departments
C. Market research
Obtain products insight in market including current products and competitors' products, through interviews, surveys, market visit and sales data
Analysis to evaluate trends and competition ventures
Obtain promotion scheme trends in market and effect of current promotion schemes through interviews, surveys, market visit and sales data
D. MKT event
E. Manage and tracking
Monitor progress of product campaigns and submit reports of performance
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years in product marketing management and at least 2 years experience at the supervisory level
Good knowledge of product/ category management and the consumer goods industry dynamics.
Demonstrated success defining and launching products
Strong leadership
Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal communications skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
High level of commercial acumen, with strong analytical and presentation skills
