Process Engineer Leader

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Cantavil Thu Duc/ Thu Duc Crossroad/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

• Responsible for management of Product Development, Engineering, Process Development, and Industrial Engineering Teams.
• Supporting Production departments for Improvement of projects.
• Management, motivation, and development of subordinates.
• R&D for competitive products, processes, materials, and machines as well as patents.
• Developing the process, design, and control project for product manufacturing.
• Analyzing the issues in product development, solve the issues with analytical thinking, and trial-out build and optimize the product aesthetic and dimensional.
• Preparing high-quality samples during product development.
• Managing the Process Engineer Team in manpower and job allocation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
• Experience in the Position of Technical Supervisor in the Automotive Industry, experience with Composites Materials for Automotive is a plus.
• 7 QC tools and other problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (NX, Catia, SolidWorks)
• Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel…).
• Have good systematic thinking and analytical skills.
• Good and strong leadership skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and others are necessary to do this job without conflict.
