    Forbes Vietnam community engagements: Create and execute branding and acquisition strategies for the Forbes Vietnam community to strengthen the community's identity, attract more members, and increase lifetime value (LTV).

    • Ticket Sales Boost: Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives to maximize ticket sales for our events, leveraging digital platforms, strategic advertising, and compelling promotions..
    • Subscriber Base Growth: Contribute and implement plan to increase the numberticket buyers and subscribers for our magazine through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • B2B Marketing Support: Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients and generating leads.
    • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates for subscription sign-ups and event ticket purchases.
    • Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
    • New Channel Exploration: Stay updated on emerging marketing channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for subscriber and ticket sales growth.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, design, and branding across all marketing initiatives.
    • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-performing campaigns and optimizing return on investment.
    • Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • 2 years experience in similar positions
    • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving subscriber and ticket sales growth.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
    • Experience in both B2C &B2B marketing and lead generation is highly desirable.
    • Proficient in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Native Vietnamese with fluent spoken and written English.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Results-driven attitude and a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
