Job summary:
Provide assistant service regarding production patterns, modification, specifications, and construction based on initial development patterns to maximize productivity, reduce production costs, and improve production quality according to Triumph standard
Responsibilities:
Forming pattern from sketches, measurements and initial samples provided by Hongkong Office/customers
Fitting mockups, grading size, studying techpack and the sewing process to complete the pattern for sample making and/or production
Adjust patterns and measurements based on customer's & manager's comments/ fitting result
Resolve pattern issues, check the quality and measurement of the sample
Analyst material component and apply shrinkage to original pattern
Product briefing for handover to finalization
Other tasks assigned by line manager
