Mô tả công việc

Update information, track orders, and work with customers on orders.
Liaise with agents/customers regarding delivery schedules and required documents.
Prepare bills, A/N, D/O for sea/air shipments for customers.
Contact shipping lines and support related document departments.
Resolve issues arising during transportation.
Check debts and transfer information to the accountant.
Maintain, care for, and develop relationships with suppliers.

A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or an equivalent field.
Over 2 years of experience in equivalent positions at a shipping company/forwarder/trucking company/warehouse for FCL/LCL/air, customs declaration units, etc.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
Ability to manage and arrange work efficiently and handle work pressure.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Proficiency in computer and office applications.
