- Establish QC plan and ensure the QC team is adhered to it

- Establish QC inspection checklist for each production process

- Based on production and shipment schedule to establish QC inspection schedules, the prioritized list of products for inspection must be highlighted.

- Conduct daily QC meeting to go through technical drawing, quality callout/ customers claims/ quality requirements...

- Establish work instruction for QC inspection and supervise its implementation.

- Deploy to QC team to implement any new quality or technical requirements for the product.

- Deploy to QC team to implement any new quality or technical requirements for the product.

- Participate in the root cause investigation process for quality call-out, customer claims.

- Participate in customer’s quality audit, sample review, quality inspection.

- Participating in establishing quality standard.

- Control the validity, calibration status of QC’s measuring tools

- Other tasks are required by direct management.

- Education: College / University

- English skills – Good in writing and reading, basic in speaking and listening.

- Good Computer skill

- Good communication and presentation skills
