Mô tả công việc

• Coordinating with HQ in Vietnam and South Korea to develop a new product launching project
• Developing overall launching plan in terms of creating concept, productivity, feasibility and survey test
• Communication and team work skill are key elements.
• Creating design concept within the objectives.
• Managing design process from accurate prototype creation to style descriptions and presentation details.
• Practical and updated knowledge of outdoor/sports apparel market and consumer trends to provide design guidelines and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects communicating with various departments and teams understanding timelines and budget restraints.
• Consumer and trend focused design philosophy.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2+ years experiences in apparel/graphic product design process (Technical sports apparel field is plus)
- Browzwear /Clo3D or 3D modeling program experience is required.
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Market focused understanding of garment production, fabric bases and general design details.
- Ability on self-management and organization.
- Extensive knowledge and experience on Adobe Illustrator, Garment constructions, Fabric bases, Photoshop and In-Design.
- Knowledge of PLM system is an advantage.
- Working with Design Chief, production managers and material partners in Vietnam and Seoul, Korea.
