Mid-Level UX/UI Designer

Reporting

You reportdirectly to the UX/UI Lead and PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:

• Collaborate with clients and teams to make designs easy to use.
• Manage small to medium projects from beginning to end, ensuring they're done on time and meet client needs.
• Create wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
• Get feedback and make designs better based on what users say.
• Work with developers to put designs into action.
• Focus on making designs that users like and keep up with design standards.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

• Good understanding of design rules, and can use them well in projects.
• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Having worked at an agency or outsourcing company before is a plus.
• Familiarity with using Figma.
• A portfolio that shows design work and how well it works.
• Can handle lots of projects and deadlines at once.
• Knows how to use Agile methods.
