Marketing Trainee

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Affiliate & Community Acquisition

Master the fundamentals of building affiliate networks through multi-platform outreach, compelling content creation, and strategic community building.

• Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop systematic approaches to identifying and approaching potential affiliates.
• Create personalized outreach scripts that get responses.
• Build and rapidly grow an engaged Discord community.
• Implement effective affiliate onboarding and commission structures.

Phase 2: Senior Community & Discord Management

Evolve into a community architect with advanced skills in Discord moderation, affiliate support, and engagement strategy.

• Support and Develop personalized coaching for high-potential affiliates.
• Study and implement strategies from 15+ top affiliate communities.
• Build comprehensive resource libraries and training materials for the affiliates.
• Implement "quick win" campaigns to accelerate affiliate success.

Phase 3: Strategic Community Leadership

Transform into a complete community administrator capable of building scalable affiliate ecosystems.

• Master complete Discord server architecture and strategy.
• Develop custom automation and tiered access systems.
• Implement data-driven community structures.
• Create certification programs and exclusive partnerships.
• Build mentorship systems that multiply community impact.
• Train new moderators and develop leadership capability.

General Information

• Department: Affiliate & Community.
• Trainee Duration: 06 months.
• Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
• Working Location: On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5.
• Discipline in daily learning and posting content to have the urge to grow a short-form video channel.
• Influential communication skills: exceptional ability to identify people's motivations, articulate compelling benefits, and persuasively convert potential affiliates through strategic conversations and relationship building is a big plus.
• Experience using Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other social network platforms is a plus.
