Marketing Support

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including:

+ Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.+ Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.

+ Maintaining and organizing marketing databases, contact lists, and files.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Perform general office duties as needed, such as filing documents, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good looking is an advantage
• College/ University graduate
• Candidates with experience in finance industry is preferred

• The basic salary is not a fixed salary for sure -will be considered for salary increase every 2-6 months - based on your abilities at work
