Department: Marketing Communications
Report to: Board of Management
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals, ensuring the brand becomes a top recognized and trusted name in the industry
• Translate business objective to communication strategy, creative/media brief
• Drive performance in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing aligned with company strategic direction
• Optimize marketing channels for maximum brand exposure and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute CONTENT MARKETING campaigns, KOL/KOC partnership, and sponsorships that drive brand awareness and user acquisition
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal ROl across various marketing channels
• Lead, develop, and manage Marketing Team members, establishing an effective marketing organizational structure with the right capabilities to deliver results
• Other tasks assigned by Board of Management.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications/Branding preferred
• A minimum of 8 years of Marketing Communications/Branding experience. Prefer candidate with experience in FMCG
• Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing
• Experience managing media buying agencies and negotiating advertising contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese. Good command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
