Marketing Executive

• Be responsible for POSM, promotional gifts, product demo allocation, and inventory management for each region involved in Demand Generation activities.
• Discuss and align with the sales team to ensure campaigns cascade smoothly and are well-tracked.
• Apply for permission to organize seminars, demonstration boards, and promotional programs with the Department of Industry and Trade.
• Be in charge of obtaining certificates of product conformity.
• Manage the implementation and tracking of promotional programs at the farmer and retailer levels. Consolidate and report on sell-out results.
• Coordinate with vendors to purchase gifts for activities.
• Support marketing events such as product launches, customer workshops, festivals, and big farmer meetings.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of marketing activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

• Fluency in English is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or Crop Protection.
• Strong passion for the agriculture industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Result-oriented with an open mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
