    Mô tả công việc

    1. Design and manage integrated marketing communications policy for Angsana Quan Lan. This includes determining communication objectives, designing the message in accordance to brand guidelines and selecting appropriate channels of communication

    2. Develop and manage advertising programs, including managing the advertising budget, selecting the advertising message and evaluating the advertising effectiveness

    3. Generate an annual calendar of marketing/advertising activities, Special Events and others

    4. Cultivate key media contacts in Vietnam, regionally and internationally

    5. Increase public awareness of Angsana Quan Lan through quality exposure in various media through advertising, editorial, awards, events and visiting journalist programs

    6. To appoint and then manage the relationship between Angsana Quan Lan and any local, regional or international Public Relations Agencies

    7. Develop and oversee implementation of media relation goals and strategies, including handling of all media inquiries, press releases, organization of media events and press conferences, as needed. Will also be expected to maintain effective communication with major media representatives, editors and publishers

    8. Develop a full range of experiences, events and “stories” in order to solidify the value of the destination and the services and facilities in and around Angsana Quan Lan

    9. Develop and update the Angsana Quan Lan Press Kit, issue regular press releases, featured stories

    10. Identify opportunities to further expose Angsana Quan Lan to external parties through the creation and/or sponsoring of cultural, art, social, sporting and networking events that are aligned with the overall positioning of Angsana Quan Lan and sound in delivering a strong ROI

    11. Develop promotional tools to stimulate customer interest, purchase or investment and increase brand or product awareness. These include

    1. Use of Gift Certificates

    2. Premium discounts, gifts or merchandise to motivate sales and extend brand awareness

    3. Prizes and competitions

    4. Free trials

    5. Working closely with Banyan Tree lifestyle Services

    12. Ensure the accuracy and meticulous review of all marketing collaterals developed

    13. Work closely with BTHR corporate marketing team for the creation and delivery of special events

    14. Prepare monthly reports on past and future activities and ensure ROI calculations are evaluated for each activity (including media returns)

    15. Host special groups and media familiarization trips when appropriate and relevant

    16. To develop meaningful and beneficial relationships with Luxury Goods, Airlines, Automobile, Liquor Companies and Distributors etc. in order to co-promote each other’s products and partner for special events and projects

    17. Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing and the Management

    18. Support commercial when needed and as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing

    GENERAL

    1. Assist Director of Sales & Marketing coordinate with hotel partners in terms of the co-promotion programs by submitting information required by partners.

    2. Position, launch and build the awareness for the hotel and its events/promotions.

    3. Prepare monthly report to submit to Director of Sales & Marketing to review at the end of the month which includes printing, promotions and advertising.

    4. Be aware of activities in the hotel i.e. food and beverage promotions, accommodation promotion, VIP arrivals, new appointments that should trigger awareness or can be used for the e-newsletter.

    5. Possess good manners and be able to answer inquiries about the hotel to the media and the general public.

    PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA

    1. Provision of timely and accurate public relations.

    2. Quality of media exposures and achievement vs personal goal.

    3. Quality of maintenance of brand materials.
