Mô tả công việc

Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target audiences and develop compelling messaging strategies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, sales) to ensure campaign integration and alignment.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery within budget and on time.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) to optimize results and make data-driven decisions.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective campaign execution.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Communicate campaign progress and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and advertising standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 1 years experience in campaign marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automatic and/or CRM software (a plus)
