Mô tả công việc

Gain a deep understanding of our business to create tailored testing plans for each product.
Continuously refine our internal quality control processes and tools to enhance product quality.
Participate in test case reviews, requirements analysis, design evaluations, and change control activities.
Track and verify issues, and manage and report testing outcomes to the entire team.
Ensure test cases are executed with precision, efficiency, and completed within set timelines.
Provide recommendations to improve both product quality and team effectiveness.

Strong skills in analysis, testing, and error troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team.
Familiarity with test management software.
Expertise in analyzing requirements and executing the software testing process (including Test Cases, Issue Lists, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios). Expertise with various forms of software testing: regression test, retesting, function, UI test, localization test ,...
Perform functional testing, and regression testing and keep track of all the new developments.
Ability to coordinate effectively between developers and end-users.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English.
