We are looking for a young, dynamic, smart and proactive member to join our General Director Office (GDO). The ideal candidate will supportGDO Lead withsome functions such as: Communication Assistance, Business Promotion Support andAdministration. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

1. Communication Assistance:

Translate and interpret documents, chats and meetings from Japanese to Vietnamese, English and vice versa as required.
Take and distribute meeting notes in meetings as required.

2.Business Promotion Support:

Handle carefully & correctly all tasks related billing procedures with Group companies.
Support GDO Lead in planning and implementation of Business Promotion Activities

3. Administration:

Coordinate with related parties to maintain the operation of internal systems in charge of General Director Office (Resource Management System, Sales Wiki, etc).
Make plan and implement events/activities in charge of General Director Office.
Act as supporter in other companies’ events/activities as required

4. Additional Tasks as Required:

Undertake other specified tasks and projects as assigned by theGDO Lead.

Must to have

Bachelor Degree inJapaneseLanguage Studies.
At least 2 years of in a similar role
Japanese Proficiency N1 or BJT 2.
Required Skills:
- Good organization, planning and time management skills.
- Data & Information analysis and management skills including data & information security & processing.
- Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking, logical thinking & creativity in problem solving.
- Skills in using Microsoft Office.
- Smart, creative with forward-thinking mindset, willingness to learn the new things.
- Sociable, open personality, good connection & communication with people, teamwork ability to collaborate effectively with various individuals & teams, capable of energizing company activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ownership.
- Able to withstand high work pressure and ready to support work after office hours when necessary.[DD

Nice to have

Having experience in Japanese IT Companies.
English Proficiency TOEIC 700 points and above.
Having experience in Simultaneous Interpretation.
Those who wish to learn about company business & management.
