2. Job Overview
We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to drive recruitment efforts across domestic (50%) and international (50%) markets. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless logistics for global hires. This role is critical in building a high-performing, diverse team to support Prep’s rapid expansion.
3. Key Responsibilities
- International Recruitment (50%)
+ Source, attract, and hire top talent across Prep’s key markets (SEA, APAC, etc.).
+ Manage relocation/visa logistics and ensure smooth onboarding for international hires.
+ Partner with local agencies and leverage global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks).
+ Navigate cross-cultural hiring practices, employment laws, and compensation benchmarks.
- Domestic Recruitment (50%)
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam-based roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring strategies.
+ Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
+ Optimize employer branding to attract top local talent.

4. Requirements
Must-Have
+ 3+ years in recruitment, with proven experience hiring internationally (relocation/visa processes).
+ Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and familiarity with global job markets.
+ Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages (Chinese, Thai…) are a plus.
+ Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring trends in multiple regions.
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HR, legal, hiring managers) in a fast-paced startup.
- Nice-to-Have
+ Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
+ Familiarity with ATS/HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
+ Strong data-driven mindset to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate experience).
