We’re looking for a skilled and innovative Project Manager to join our team in Hanoi office. This role is vital to defining, developing, and executing our product roadmap as we expand our platform. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Japanese and Vietnamese, has experience in customer-centric product development, and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting. A strong understanding of design thinking and a technical background are highly

preferred.

- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

- Leverage design thinking principles to deeply understand customer pain points, ideate solutions, and prototype features that meet user needs.

- Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify product opportunities and prioritize

- Ensure Product Quality: Check product quality before delivery to internal teams and clients to ensure consistency and reliability.

- Develop clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams, drawing on your technical knowledge to facilitate product development.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Japan and Vietnam, using language skills to bridge cultural nuances and ensure alignment across teams.

- Cross-Functional and Client Collaboration: Support Sales and Customer Support with pre-sale proposals, and communicate with clients to clarify.
