Mô tả công việc

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations within the industrial park.
• Conduct regular inspections, manage checklists, and monitor technical systems including mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape to ensure they function optimally and promote energy efficiency.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems, including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment status and report to department management, developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors involved in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement and enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.
• Handle additional technical tasks and projects as assigned by the department manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial park management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous.
• Must reside within a 10 km radius of Yen My Industrial Park in Hung Yen.
